It is a stone’s throw away from the bustling bushveld town of Hoedspruit in the Limpopo Province, South Africa – gateway to the Greater Kruger area and Panorama Route. They have extraordinary views of the Drakensberg Mountain Range in the distance, which is home to the Blyde River Canyon, the third largest canyon in the world. They offer graded 4-star accommodation for up to 22 guests in their Manor House and surrounding Garden Suites, as well as a sit-down function venue for up to 140 guests, or more if a more relaxed cocktail-party style affair. Their garden has some of the most incredible trees for the perfect shady afternoon ceremony. The exact spot can be picked by you and let them take care of the rest. Their Manor House main terrace which is used as their function venue overlooks the mountain range, as well as their waterhole, which is frequented by a variety of species of wildlife. The space can be transformed into a sit-down dining venue for up to 140 guests, complete with a shimmering rim-flow pool with endless lanterns and candles to set the mood. The gardens themselves area wonderful backdrop for your photo memories, or they can take a vehicle into the bushveld to take the photos that will last you a lifetime. The Rietspruit Game Reserve is a well-protected 5500 hectare sanctuary offering a safe-haven for its resident black rhino. A bumble through the reserve in our luxurious game-viewer in search of these endangered browsers takes you to our greater traverse area on the game reserve. This includes a drive on the prestigious Leadwood Big Game Estate, which apart from a fantastic game offering also presents some of the most spectacular mountain vistas in the country. This nature reserve is a great honeymoon destination, offering a secluded and peaceful getaway for newlyweds. Enjoy your first days as a married couple in the striking beauty of the African bushveld.
