This place is excellent, the staff is fantastic the food is fabulous. The chef Shaun is very good. Pearl is a real joy. 5 stars al round guys.

Love this place alot its very peaceful and the nature of it its really amazing you feel at home here accommodation and food is excellent will recommend it to anyone come and enjoy nature and culture at its best

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Our travel agent told us this safari lodge was luxury, but it was far from it—it honestly felt like a 1-star experience at best. Despite being in a stunning location like Kruger National Park, the lodge lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no fridge, no Wi-Fi, no TV in the room, and at times, the water didn’t work—hot water was especially unreliable. The rooms were extremely basic and poorly maintained. It felt more like a rundown camp than the luxury safari lodge we were promised. The only part of the stay we genuinely enjoyed was the bar, which had a decent atmosphere. Overall, we felt misled and very let down. Would not recommend unless your expectations are extremely low and you’re only there for the location.

Great svc, large rooms with firm comfortable beds, great food and 30 min drive from Kruger Natl Park! Have to ask for hair dryer at front, and there is wi-fi only at the bar by the pool and at the front/reception. No phones and no TV, but don't need them. Also, reception closes around 6pm. The few complaints are about the bathroom - namely shower, shower head and sink. This is for room #1, as that is where we slept and I don't know about other rooms. The shower head is about 7 to 7.5 ft from floor, is very hard to move, has a wide spray that mainly hits the wall across from it that is about 3 ft away, and barely hits the body, Plus it sprays all over the floor so the bath mat gets soaked and is useless. No shower door or curtain. The sink hardly has any pressure and there is a sign that says to give 3 to 5 min for the water to heat up.
