It is one of the best fishing spots in the area. Dams are well stocked, grounds are beautifully maintained, and on-site staff go above and beyond to make your experience special. Bonus is that it's pet friendly. Our pooch had a blast, and so did we!

Rooms were top notch, WiFi was more than serviceable, all appliances worked perfectly (fridge was a touch small for a 6 sleeper). FISHING lots of choice for dams, though some are very small, edges are well kept, regularly mowed and free of plants that could snag striped line. Ample bins an benches with good road access to all dams. Dams are well stocked, trophy dams produced more than one 3kg rainbow, vast majority of fish were fin perfect, dry flies produced stunning surface takes. Dams are fishable regardless of wind direction if you struggle with casting in the wind. New owners are committed to keeping the place top notch, replacing all beds and bedding shortly after our stay. They even sent oven mitts to our unit on request.

Our stay at Treeferns was amazing! Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. The rooms were perfect and well stocked with whatever you need. The owners are so friendly and accommodating (along with their dogs). And the walks there are really fun and stunning. We're definitely visiting again soon!
