In a quiet street, in a sunny and friendly African Bushveld town in the South African Lowveld, adjacent to the Kruger National Park and on the border with Mozambique, is a guest lodge which I had the pleasure to experience and explore during my recent travel to this lovely part of South Africa, which I had frequented during holidays with my parents as a kid, and which I simply love to revisit and cherish those childhood memories. This quiet part of the neighbourhood is shady, a welcome buffer against the lowveld heat while there is just a street and a fence separating the lodge from the Kruger Game Park. My room was spacious, an upgrade, and everything was working, and mosquitoes were taken care of. The morning highlight is a short but sublime walk through a lush, tranquil garden filled with indigenous trees and ferns to enjoy a hearty breakfast before you start the day. At night, I could not wait to dive into wholesome home cooked meals enjoyed at heavy wooden tables, build with lovely indigenous wood from the area. The lodge manager/cook is present with every meal of the day to provide personal interaction and customer service on top of interesting conversation. Needless to say that I have found my accommodation whenever work takes me to the Lowveld.

What an awesome experience and place to stay. Like heaven on earth. Great Location. Service and hospitality A-1. Rooms were spacious and excellent. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Food was also excellent. Looking forward to another visit. Thanks Acasia !!!

Absolutely amazing! The owners and staff were super welcoming and kind and really made sure we had a great stay! The facilities are fab, super clean and lovely decor. The pool is cute. Had an amazing stay and wish I could have stay a bit longer!
