I had an amazing experience (the stars will be explained by the end) the service and rooms were exceptional and we appreciated the assistance in the evening when we had an issue with the dish washer. Well stocked kitchens etcetera were provided as well. Unfortunately, the ending of the trip was sour indeed. We were invited by the marketing team to fill a survey and provide feedback and were offered a gratuity (which turned out to be an 8$ voucher for the resturant) The survey however took well over 40 minutes and was all to try and sell us a timeshare, it was a really bad end to an otherwise good experience. I would request management, if you're gonna try and sell these make the offer quick and don't drag it out on your well meaning guests. Thank you and hope that you see many more successful years.

Ngwenya Lodge is truly a beautiful place and offers a wonderful experience for families looking for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the overall experience. The chalets are spacious, neat, and well laid out, giving enough room for families to feel comfortable without feeling crowded. The beds were lovely and very comfortable, which made it easy to rest and enjoy peaceful nights after a day full of activities. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the surroundings create a calm atmosphere where you can really unwind and appreciate nature. One of the highlights of our stay was the amount of entertainment available for children. There are enough activities and facilities to keep kids busy and excited, which makes it an ideal destination for families. Parents can relax while children have fun and create great memories. The natural surroundings are also beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and plenty to enjoy. It is a great place to escape the rush of daily life and spend quality time with family and friends. The reason for four stars instead of five is simply because there is always room for small improvements, but overall our experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Ngwenya Lodge to anyone looking for a family-friendly destination with beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, and a relaxing environment. We would gladly visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ngwenya Lodge is peaceful and situated in a prime location. Most units have stunning views of the Crocodile River and our unit had everything we needed (self catering). (For those who like their creature comforts from home - there is Aircon & WiFi). All Staff were friendly and very welcoming across the entire lodge - from the warm welcome recieved at the gate, help at reception, Happy and his crew from the restaurant, our housekeeping ladies and all staff passing by -are a great bunch of people! We also had massages at Mbali's Spa, the ladies were superb - Myself and my husband nearly fell asleep, super relaxing and value for money! We really enjoyed our experience!

Loved it. Looking out over the river is wonderfully hypnotic. Easy access to the Kruger National Park is convenient. The best place to be is in the bush! Time slows down.
