Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Fun amenities such as putt putt golf and both an indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pool. A nice authentic rustic restaurant with delicious food and drinks with good pricing and a big playground for children to keep them busy. Treat yourself!

The proximity to the road really spoils this place. Very noisy all through the night and had to wear my ear plugs to sleep. Otherwise the grounds were pleasant for camping and the warm indoor pool was lovely. The toilets were odd in that the toilet roll dispenser is outside the cubicle and no soap in the bathrooms! The coffee shop on site is a nice addition

We stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms close to the entrance: Beautifully modern and had everything we needed for a one-night stay even filtered water! The room had a shower, bath, a mini fridge and a microwave. We also had a heater and extra good-quality blankets to stay warm during the winter night. Service and housekeeping were efficient and professional. The Lodge entrance was easy to find and you can see it was upgraded recently. The location and room were perfect for a one-night stop on our way to Kruger Park!
