We stopped here yesterday on the wine tram and it was SO cozy to sit by the fire and taste their delicious wine under the care of Hershel. He took very good care of us and was knowledgeable about the wine and the area. We really appreciated this special experience.

Here, wine is made to be adored, nature to be celebrated, and moments cherished over a corked bottle. We were spoiled with a private cellar tour, discovering a collection of their most treasured wines - a truly special memory we’ll carry forever. The service? Absolutely exceptional, thoughtful, and warm. Final toast: To wine that tells a story, moments that linger, and experiences that become treasured memories.

The greeting was miserable which is a shame as I brought my family there to experience my favourite wine. The chocolate pairing was not great, the wine we tried was vinegary and the chocolate was cheap and cold. I have been completely put off by the wine.

We had booked to stay at Chamonix for 2 nights and there was a mix up through Booking.com. The host handled it so well- took care of us for the one night that a room was available at Chamonix and booked us a beautiful hotel in town for the second night, and even escorted us to the new hotel to make sure everything was taken care of. The staff and service at Chamonix were fantastic. The room had beautiful views, wine was great and food at the restaraunt was amazing.
