About Lothian Vineyards

Only 50 mins from Cape Town Lothian House is a luxurious, utterly modern villa set in beautiful gardens, surrounded by the curve of the Palmiet river on 3 sides and all framed by fynbos clad mountains.

Event and wedding photographers will be spoilt for choice. Wedding packages include accommodation at Lothian House for up to 16 guests in 8 double en-suite bedrooms. There is also an ample supply and variety of nearby accommodation in the Elgin Valley for any further wedding guests who wish to stay for the weekend.

This place is really beautiful. Isolated, which is great if you want to have a party or event. Scenery is AMAZING and the house is filled with different types of art work which is mind blowing. The lake outside is great for boat rides. There's a wine tasting area for the wine drinking people.

Beautiful over-the-top super kitsch money can buy anything and everything ego project. Little subtlety or artistic restraint as the house leans more towards gallery than guest or family home. Stunning location, landscaping and natural lighting within the home. Lovely and friendly staff compliment. "Oh" they also do wine and a top draw Chardonnay!

Great place...for me it was heaven on earth ...I just love the Garden ,the Lake and just the layout of the whole place. Would deffies go again in the near future.
