An absolutely fantastic stay at The Residence Boutique Hotel! We were warmly welcomed by Diego and Réka, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The home-style food was delicious, and every detail reflected the care and passion of the hosts. A true hidden gem near Cape Town with amazing views everywhere. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

We stayed overnight but wished we could have stayed longer. The Residence Elgin hosts: Diego, Réka and Thiago makes you feel welcome from the moment you reach the reception entrance area. They are warm, friendly and accommodating. The Residence itself is beautiful and serene: from the fragrant garden (eucalyptus tree, jasmine, lemon trees) surrounding greenery, to the relaxing outdoor seating / pool area and the rooms with a bed and bath that just wants to envelop you and offer you rest. We only opted for breakfast but next time we may opt in for dinner as well: Réka serves a delicious breakfast and Diego makes a really good cuppaccino. Thiago is the adorable, cute yet quiet supporter. We hope to visit again to try out the hot tubs. Thank you again!

We spent one night at The Residence Boutique Hotel. Sadly, only one night; we would have loved to stay longer. Rarely is everything as perfect as in this magnificent place. The garden is expansive, mature, and meticulously maintained. It's paradise. Diego and Réka are friendly hosts, very warm and approachable. We enjoyed perfectly cooked Italian pasta and a fine glass of local red wine. Our room was large, very clean, and very quiet. We recommend this hotel 100%.

Diego & Rika are extremely welcoming and nice guests, it was a pleasure to meet them and discuss together. Their place is so peaceful, very beautiful and all clean. We had a nice dinner and excellent breakfast. Excellent place to stay for any reason ;) grazie mille !
