Food & Beverages – All Food and Beverages Extra as per our current prices either Pre-Ordered & Paid for via EFT or Direct at the Bar by Cash or Credit/Debit Card Guest Times : 11:00 till 14:00; 14:30 till 17:30; 18:00 till 21:00 Entertainment – Basic PA /Sound System with Playlist or an Option to Connect via Bluetooth or Mini-Jack or RCA Connection to Small Mixer to connect to your phone and playlist – in addition to the Karaoke Setup. Lighting – Basic Venue Festoon Lighting (Amber) to Venues, with Spot Washes to Stage Own Items : Balloons & Decor to the Tables as well as the Birthday Cake are allowed to be brought in, confirm if unsure – please no other own food nor own drinks nor corkage allowed .
