I spent two nights at this hotel. The view was phenomenal, and I absolutely loved it. The staff were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can only give this hotel 2 stars because of the following issues: 1. Room cleanliness - The room was not clean. There were several noticeable stains on the bed sheets and curtains. - The wooden blinds and the bathroom had a clear layer of dust. - The furniture felt dated and in need of refurbishment. 2. Cultural accommodations - There seemed to be a lack of awareness regarding specific cultural and faith-based preferences. For guests who prefer conservative customs, certain greeting habits and the automatic inclusion of alcoholic beverages in the room setup/dining options felt unaccommodating. 3. Food - The dining options were considerably overpriced compared to other luxury establishments I have stayed at. - One employee appeared to be handling multiple roles reception, waiting tables, and cleaning which points to a significant staffing shortage. 4- Communication There was no room phone to contact the front desk. Communication required downloading a digital system or walking to reception in person. I visited a few months ago, and I sincerely hope management has taken these points into consideration. It has massive potential because the location, the view, and the friendliness of the team were excellent. 👍

Without any hesitation, this hotel is located in the most beautiful setting we have ever experienced. The photos truly do not do justice to how special it feels to stay here — the views are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel itself is small and cozy, hosted by very kind and welcoming hosts. We were greeted with a pleasant welcome drink and shown to our room. The room was charming and comfortable, though a bit outdated. It was clean (though not spotless), but the excellent Hästens bed ensured a wonderful night’s sleep. And honestly, the view from the room made up for everything — it was simply spectacular. We also had dinner at the hotel. While the food itself did not leave a strong impression and was fairly simple, the phenomenal view once again elevated the experience. The same applied to breakfast the next morning: the food was fine, but the scenery made it feel special. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay in an extraordinary location. The setting is truly the star of the experience, and it carries much of the overall impression. We still look back on our stay very fondly and would recommend it to anyone who values breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing views! The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and polite. I would like to mention TC, which was very friendly and welcoming! The owners were also very friendly. The food was also very good, not a lot of options but everything was of good quality. If you want to wake up with incredible views from every angle, it’s worth the price.

The view from the room is absolutely magical. The service is top-notch, and the food is excellent – they have a truly talented chef who happily accommodates any request. The staff are incredibly kind and always smiling, which makes the stay even more special. A big thank you to Nenike, who brought even more fun and joy to the experience!
