The most beautiful place to stay with lovely gardens and very comfortable and modern rooms. Unfortunately when we stayed 9/10 March the service was not brilliant with my wife’s cup of coffee having pink lipstick on it and the male staff just plonking my coffee down and looking very grumpy for the whole of our stay. Clearly some training to be done. The gardens are beautiful and the gardener took time to thank us for our stay and make us very welcome.

Great experience. Stayed at the Knysna Hollow for 2 nights and enjoyed dinner at Social for both. Exquisite food, that's well prepared and flavorful, the friendliest staff and a beautiful wi e selection

Beautiful area, you can walk in the garden, there is a children's mini playground. I ordered tertyaki bowl with chicken. It was delicious and the portion was large. The service was fast and efficient. I liked everything, I'll come back again!
