My and my parents had the most wonderful stay at the Vendome guest lodge this past weekend. The rooms were so charming and neat, the hostess was lovely & the breakfast was out of this world! We really enjoyed our stay there. Vendome is a hidden gem in Paarl that’s worth visiting! The restaurant is also amazing - has the best sushi in the area.

I stayed here at this multi-generation family-owned estate one night following a two-week work trip. I wish I had stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and tranquil. The rooms were lovely and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the family invited me in as one of their own for the short time that I was there. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quaint quiet getaway. The grounds are family-friendly with a cute kids playground and there is a highly-rated Japanese fusion restaurant right next door, which I also thoroughly enjoyed. The wine is also, of course, delish. Location is great for visiting vineyards around Paarl or taking a walk about Paarl Nature Reserve.

We got married at Vendome and stayed a night in the guest house. It has been beautifully renovated to its old charm to include its rich history with a modern feel! The location is perfect in town but away from the noise. Thanks Le Roux Family
