We can host your ceremony, and reception and also offer for up to 20 of your guests. The farm also offers camping facilities. The partially open-air function venue invites the Karoo landscape to form part of the wedding décor and your guests will enjoy the landscapes, sunset and starry splendour. Combine the existing venue with our Bedouin tent to host up to 200 guests (banqueting style plus a dance floor). Our venue price includes furniture, crockery, cutlery, glasses and linen. Menus are flexible to accommodate your personal requirements The owner offers personal assistance to ensure that each celebration is unique and that you and your family can relax on your special day. It is a peaceful haven to take time out and stay over when traveling on the N1 between the north and the south, but the better option is to stay longer and relax or celebrate with family and friends. The guest farm is situated only 10km from the N1 near Leeu Gamka, between Beaufort West and Laingsburg. We had a couple of days there recently, the aspect of the location was wonderful, kids could make as much noise as they wanted too, felt completely isolated. Our only criticism is that we found the mattresses very hard and uncomfortable so therefore our sleep was not that good, and i know this is contraversial but there was no wifi, which we found diificult with our work. Overall though a good stay.

Such a beautiful and tranquil stop over stay en route to Cape Town. The Karoo is the most idyllic part of our country. It’s very close to Prince Albert. The little water hole is a great addition in the hot weather. The cottage is well stocked, clean and everything works well. We had a beautiful moment watching the sunset and enjoying a simple braai.

Totale verblyf oorweldigend, g'n mens het lus om verder te reis as jy eers daar afgepak het nie, veral as jy 'n Karookind is wat nou in die stad bly nie. Die nostalgie en heimwee hang nog dik in my geheue. Ai, sien julle vir seker weer!”
