From the moment we arrived at Falaza Game Park & Spa, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We are a group of seven people, and every single one of us keeps saying the same thing: the level of hospitality here is simply exceptional. What truly stands out is how every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Whether it’s the reception team, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, the rangers, or anyone you meet around the property — everyone is constantly trying their utmost to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. A special mention to the rangers, who are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the parks, wildlife, and surrounding area. Their experience, insights, and genuine enthusiasm made every outing even more enjoyable and memorable. You can immediately see how much pride they take in what they do. The service here is not just professional — it is heartfelt. The moment you need anything, someone is there with a smile, ready to help immediately. It’s rare to find a place where every detail feels so thoughtfully handled and where the entire team works together with such care and pride. Thank you to everyone at Falaza for giving us one of the most relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable stays we’ve had. You made us feel at home in the middle of beautiful nature, and we truly appreciate all the effort you put into making our experience perfect. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back! We did a day visit over Easter weekend for lunch. The staff are super friendly and looked after all our needs quickly and efficiently. The food was AMA-ZING!!! I recommend the beef burgers and chips!! Yummyness!!! Thanks guys for a great day!

We had a delightful stay at Falaza. From Abigail’s warm welcome to Gabriel’s attention to detail, our experience was flawless. Gabriel might be the best hotel manager I’ve ever met. Passionate about his job, so attentive to ensure his guests are having a fabulous time and so real at the same time.

I recently visited Falaza Lodge with my family and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. The service was slow, and our food arrived much later than expected. When my meal finally arrived, I was very disappointed to find that my steak, which I had requested to be cooked medium, was served rare and undercooked. This reflected a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen. Additionally, the general manager, George, did not handle the situation professionally and showed little concern for our dissatisfaction. As a guest, I felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, which added to the overall disappointment of our stay. On a positive note, the tents were cozy and comfortable, providing a pleasant sleeping environment. However, the poor service and unsatisfactory dining experience overshadowed this aspect…. Overall, I was not happy with the food or the service, and I do not plan to return to Falaza Lodge. I truly hope that management takes this feedback constructively and improves the quality of customer service for future guests.
