What an amazing experience with the cat conservation project!! The guide was very informative and made the tour fun and exciting. Saw so many cats and was able to get close to all of them. The tea garden staff were very friendly afterwards when I needed something to drink! I will definitely come back to the evening tour where I can watch them feeding 😍💛🙏

For my birthday, my parents took me to the Cat Project, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving us an educational tour with the cats. Most of the cats were very calm and approachable, the cheetahs, servals,caracals and African wild cats were amazing to see up close. We were allowed inside one of the cheetah enclosures for a special selfie, they were calm and collected, not aggressive. The servals were adorable, playful, and full of energy. Visitors aren’t allowed inside in the Caracal cages due to safety, which is understandable. The tour was guided by two male guides and lasted about 1–2 hours in the morning. The entry fee is reasonable, and a tip is to bring bug spray, as there are lots of insects around. The African wild cats are absolutely beautiful, don’t confuse them with domestic cats. Overall, the experience was once-in-a-lifetime, educational, and incredibly special. I had the most incredible experience and highly recommend it!!! We got lost and arrived a little late, but the security officer at the gate and the receptionist were super helpful. We quickly caught up to the group, and it seemed as if the guide was informed of our arrival. He was informative and patient while everyone took a turn to take photos. He is very passionate about the incredible work being done at the Cheetah project, and his connection to Moya the Cheetah is absolutely amazing.
