We only came to pet giraffes and eat in the restaurant. It was wonderful. The wait staff was so accomodating of our young children, and the food was excellent. The ostrich fillet was the nicest meat I've ever eaten in my life.

We had a lovely stay in one of their tents. Beautiful location in the bush and ended the evening with a dinner in the bush under the stars. Everyone was so friendly and our game drive guide Elton was very informative.

As the golden Oudtshoorn sunrise painted the sky, we sipped perfectly brewed cappuccinos while waiting for the stars of the show - the majestic giraffes. The staff warmly welcomed us, creating an instant home-away-from-home feeling. When the giraffes finally emerged, enticed by fresh branches, pure magic unfolded. Lucky, our gentle giant, eagerly munched on succulent leaves right from our hands! The staff's enthusiasm was contagious - their positive energy and clear communication made everything seamless. Our little baby girl were thrilled with the playground featuring a jungle gym, swings, and even a wooden giraffe to climb. This place perfectly blends wildlife wonder with family fun. Highly recommended!

We drove out on a Sunday to go view the lovely farms for sale within the Chandelier Game Park: exceptional and ideal for nature-lovers who'd appreciate a view of the Swartberg and living in a game reserve! Gerrie & Okkie were most gracious with their time and information. We also had a meal at the restaurant which was average. We loved that they welcome pets. The giraffe fell in love with my Rosie and it was SO sweet to witness the interaction. Even meeting the resident GREAT Dane was an event! Well worth a visit.
