Cloud Nine Villa is a beautiful property with breathtaking views and so much potential. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The location is peaceful, and the tennis court is a great bonus. Unfortunately, the villa lacked cleanliness, and there were quite a lot of insects inside, including spiders, spider webs, and other bugs in different rooms, making it feel like the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or treated before our arrival. We understand it’s surrounded by nature, but the number of insects indoors was excessive. One of the rooms also had no electricity during our stay, which was disappointing, and the uphill drive can be a bit challenging. Despite these issues, it’s a stunning villa with amazing views, and with better cleaning and maintenance, it could be an exceptional place to stay.

Cloud 9 Villa was absolutely incredible—staying here felt like a dream come true! The villa itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully designed interiors that offer both luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating an atmosphere that was both serene and indulgent. The team at Cloud 9 made the experience even better. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. From assisting with local recommendations to accommodating every request with a smile, their kindness and professionalism stood out. It’s rare to find a place where both the location and the people are equally amazing, but Cloud 9 Villa nailed it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to paradise with impeccable service!

We loved our stay at Cloud 9. Anthony and Antony and team were fabulous hosts and made our stay very relaxing and restful. They also helped us arrange quad biking and a luxury catamaran trip in Knysna. The house was just spectacular. Views to stare at for hours and it was spotlessly clean and something different architecturally. The kids loved the pool and tennis court. And we all loved the cosy fireplaces and games at night. Thanks so much. I’m sure we will be back.
