The Aisle is a South African wedding venue marketplace. The current product helps couples discover venues, save shortlists, send structured enquiries, receive venue quotes and keep booking records in one place.

The launch service is venues. Other vendor categories should not be treated as live marketplace promises until their data, dashboards and transaction flow are built.

We work to show accurate venue data, but a listing can be incomplete or outdated. Prices, capacity, amenities and availability should be confirmed with the venue before a couple relies on them.

Where a venue manager verifies package, capacity or availability data, the product may use it to calculate a planning total. Where a field is unknown, the product should say so instead of estimating.

Couples are responsible for the information they send in enquiries. Venue managers are responsible for the prices, terms, inclusions and availability they send in quotes.

The Aisle records the agreement path inside the product, but the venue relationship remains between the couple and the venue unless a future written agreement says otherwise.

The current product does not process couple payments. Venue invoices and deposits are paid directly to the venue on the venue terms shown in the quote or booking record.

The market-facing commercial model is free for venues now, with paid venue plans later. No commission, ever.

Do not submit false venue claims, scrape private account data, spam venues or couples, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or use marketplace data to harass, discriminate against or mislead anyone.
